If your unit powers down after this time, it is functioning as intended and is not indicative of a battery problem. To initiate a factory reset, press and hold the power button for a duration of 10 seconds. The LED will flash yellow once before turning off. Please allow time for the yellow LED to illuminate again to confirm that the reset process is complete.
